How Muscle and Your Metabolism Are Connected

If you want to wake up your metabolism 2 things are required. First, eat nutrient-dense foods that burn as fuel ALL DAY and avoid processed foods or high glycemic foods that spike your blood glucose levels and shut down your metabolism.
