Low Glycemic Eating is all over the news. From Prevention Magazine to Doctor Oz, everyone is chanting the praises of eating nutrient-dense foods. Not only is low glycemic eating helpful for weightloss but it is also a great way to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels WITHOUT medication!

If you are interested in Low Glycemic Eating  there are several class options available to help you become an expert on how Low Glycemic Eating can benefit you.  I offer individual coaching, in person or long distance, and group classes are also forming if you are on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Two Free Overview Seminars will be held the first week of April.
