Healthy and Simple Broccoli Salad


  • combine ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salad Ingredients:
    Pour the Vinaigrette over:

  • 2 shredded carrots
  • 1 shredded broccoli stalk
  • 1 shredded zucchini
  • Season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Chill and serve.

    If you want even more crunch and for an added boost in minerals toss in some pumpkin seeds. You’ll have a super nutritious pick me up!
