Isotonix Vitamins and Supplements
Better Vitamin Supplements
How I Used To Take Vitamins
For years I took vitamins and supplements in pill form and struggled with issues like a queasy stomach or hard-to-swallow pills. Then I was introduced to Isotonix Vitamins. I learned that vitamins in pill form are held together by fillers, binders, and artificial ingredients. These can make absorption a challenge and at least 60% of these vitamins are wasted. I was shocked at the thought of all the money I must have wasted over the years.
Why Isotonix Vitamins Are Different
These naturally derived supplements are delivered to our bodies in the most natural way…using the isotonic delivery system which allows for maximized absorption. Because Isotonix solutions do not linger in the stomach, many gastrointestinal discomforts can be avoided. The word isotonic means “same pressure” which in this case is referring to the fact that it has the same osmotic pressure as bodily fluids. Why does this matter? Because faster and more efficient absorption into the bloodstream increases the value of taking nutritional supplements. So now I take Isotonix Vitamins daily. My daily morning regimen includes an Isotonix Vitamin Cocktail of Isotonix OPC-3 Beauty Blend and Isotonix B-Complex and 1 dose of Heart Health Omega III Fish Oil. In the evening I take 1 dose of Isotonix Calcium Plus.
And of course my 5 happy healthy huskies get a daily dose of Pet Health Multi-vitamin Formula for Dogs.
Some Of My Favorite Isotonix Supplements
I talk to lots of people about vitamins, supplements, nutrition and just leading an overall healthier lifestyle. Vitamins or supplements alone are not enough to be healthy in the long term. You need to balance taking the right supplements with exercise and proper nutrition sildenafil generique. You need to find creative ways to stay motivated when it comes to staying active AND eating well.
With that being said, if you’re looking for vitamins and supplements…here are a couple of my favorites.
Heart Health Omega 3 Fish Oil
Heart Health Omega 3 Fish Oil is my fish oil of choice. I’ve tried so many types of fish oil over the years and wasn’t happy with any of them. They were either cheap, supermarket versions that I felt really didn’t work or they had that overwhelming, lingering fish taste.
