Leptin Sensitivity is a very common reason why so many people have trouble losing weight. Much has been written about it.
What is leptin?
I think Dr. Oz explains it best in his book YOU on a Diet. Dr. Oz calls leptin the “hormone of satisfaction.”
“if leptin is working the way ti should, it gives you a double whammy in the fight against fat. The stimulation of leptin…shuts off your hunger and stimulates you to burn more calories.” But sometimes “our bodies have the ability to override leptin’s message that our tank is full.”

How do we deal with leptin sensitivity?

Metabolic-Boosting White Kidney Bean Extract
“This ingredient is a known carb blocker and works great for those “off” eating days. Taken along with a high-carb, high-fat meal, white kidney bean extract will block those unwanted calories from being stored as fat. It will also keep your blood sugar balanced. Aim for 300-500 mg two times a day with meals.”
